Project Overview
The United Bong County Association in the Americas, Inc. (UBCAA) is leading a bold vision to establish the proposed UBCAA Multipurpose Resource Center in Bong County, Liberia. The Center will serve as a lasting investment in education, technology, workforce development, entrepreneurship, humanitarian service, cultural preservation, and community engagement. It will provide a welcoming space where youth, women, students, families, entrepreneurs, and community leaders can access tools, training, and support to turn potential into progress.
Our Vision & Why Bong County
Established in 1964 in central Liberia, Bong County has a population of 467,561 and is home to a growing youth population, a dynamic workforce, rich cultural heritage, fertile land for agribusiness, and strong ecotourism potential. Despite these strengths, many communities still face limited access to digital tools, vocational training, business support, and community infrastructure. The proposed UBCAA Multipurpose Resource Center will help close these gaps by bringing learning, innovation, leadership, service, cultural identity, and diaspora partnership together in one community-centered facility to support inclusive and sustainable growth.

The UBCAA Multipurpose Resource Center will offer a long-term, community-owned solution by bringing multiple services under one roof. The Center will serve as a reliable space for training, meetings, research, collaboration, and service delivery.

IThe UBCAA Multipurpose Resource Center will provide integrated programs that support education, skills development, entrepreneurship, leadership, wellness, cultural and historical preservation museum, and community service.

The Proposed Building & Floor Plans
A two-story, 44m × 32m facility centered on a 500-capacity multipurpose hall, with a library and resource room, computer lab, four classrooms, conference and meeting rooms, administrative offices, a kitchen and VIP lounge, a gym/fitness room, and on-site parking and landscaping — estimated at $1,000,000 total project cost.
