The Board of Directors of the United Bong County Association in Americas, Inc., (UBCAA) is the litigious arm of the organization vested with all powers reserved to the General Assembly in the absence of the National Convention. Accordingly, it is responsible for providing fiduciary oversight, developing strategic policies, supporting the mission of UBCAA, and working to enhance the UBCAA Executive Leadership’s administrative operations. The Board evolves its leadership.

Natt Shaajlia Dakagboi is an accomplished nonprofit and education professional with over sixteen years of experience in program management, board governance, financial oversight, and equity-focused initiatives. As Chair of the UBCAA Board, he provides strategic leadership, guiding organizational direction, strengthening governance systems, and advancing partnerships that drive sustainable community impact. Natt is widely respected for his collaborative, results-driven approach and his ability to translate vision into actionable strategies that promote growth, accountability, and innovation. He holds a Master of Arts in International Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Studies with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership.
