UBCAA Executive Leadership
The Executive leadership of the UBCAA is responsible for managing the organization’s daily operations. It is elected to a three-year term to exceed no more than two consecutive terms. The President is the head and official spokesman of the organization. The President and all elected officers are elected by the General Membership during National Convention every three years.

Caimon Joe Gbamokollie is a recognized leader in nonprofit management, program development, and community empowerment. As National President of UBCAA, he provides strategic leadership to advance education and social services, supporting initiatives that bridge the digital divide in Liberia, expand social safety nets, and empower youth, rural women, persons with disabilities, and grassroots communities. His professional background spans community organizing, education, research, administration, and small business development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful, community-driven programs. He is widely respected for his results-oriented, transparent, and decisive leadership. Caimon holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities.
