The Executive leadership of the UBCAA is responsible for managing the organization’s daily operations. It is elected to a three-year term to exceed no more than two consecutive terms. The President is the head and official spokesman of the organization. The President and all elected officers are elected by the General Membership during National Convention every three years.

Caimon comes to UBCAA with extensive leadership experience in managing community organizations. Caimon brings solid, innovative leadership skills in identifying challenges and opportunities in organizations and proven results in developing thriving organizations. Caimon has successfully built his career in community organizing, education, social services, research, administration, and small business development. 

Caimon is a result-oriented leader and an experienced and proven community leader with an established history of successfully developing and implementing community-driven programs. He is a decisive leader, who does not shy away from challenging tasks, and values honesty, transparency, diversity, and outstanding performance. 

Caimon continues to make considerable contributions to the growth of our Bong County community, serving within the ranks and files of local UBCAA Minnesota Chapter-BKA and national UBCAA leadership. Before being elected to the presidency of UBCAA, Caimon had served in these previous positions in UBCAA:  

  • Former President, Bong Kwatekeh Association II of Minnesota (BKA)-2011-2015
  • Former Chairman, Membership Coordinating Committee, UBCAA-2012-2015
  • Former General Secretary, Bong Kwatekeh Association II of Minnesota-2007-2011
  • Former Chairman, Elections Commission, 2015 UBCAA General Elections
  • Board Member and Secretary, Board of Directors, Bong Kwatekeh Association II of Minnesota-2016-2021

Caimon is married to his beautiful wife, Leonora Macfoy Kollie, whom he met in 1995 in a gospel group, and their union is blessed with six beautiful children and four grandkids. 

Caimon holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology-With College Teaching Emphasis from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota, USA-2013, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and History (double major), from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, USA, 2007.
